Spiderman, an extremely popular movie series, made another appearance with the new movie, “Spiderman: No Way Home” which was released on Dec 17, 2021. The movie made a lot of social media craze with all three spidermen in the movie, Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire who all came together to defeat the Villains.

All enemies from each universe starred. Green Goblin, Doc Oc, The Sandman, The Lizard, and Electro, having to fight to save their lives so they won’t go back to their own universe, where they are already dead.

“With Spider-man’s identity now revealed, our friendly neighborhood web-slinger is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life as Peter Parker from the high stakes of being a superhero.” The movie starts out with Peter’s identity’s already gone out the window; everybody knows he is Spiderman.

Peter though, just wants everybody to forget he’s Spiderman. He just wants everything to go back to how it was when only the people closest to him knew of his secret power like Happy, Aunt May, Ned, and MJ.

For this movie, there were a lot of mixed reviews. GBHS Freshman student, Ethan Horn, said, “It was overhyped” Andrew Stephens, also a freshman, said, “It wasn’t the best. The fighting wasn’t that good.”Taking a total turn, others loved the movie. English teacher at GBHS, Mrs. Etling, said, “Best marvel movie I’ve seen. It was so good.” Freshman at GBHS, Jayden Alfinez, said, “It was crazy. My favorite Spiderman movie I’ve seen. I liked all of their suits.” Lastly, Freshman Belle Keel, said, “literally one of the best movies ever, and all of the actors were super swag!”

After watching this movie, I would have to say it was excellent. Watching everyone’s reactions to when Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire made their appearance was the best part. It was emotional, funny, and intense. When everyone forgot Spiderman’s identity at the end, it was heartbreaking. MJ and Ned didn’t even know who Peter Parker even was, causing the movie to end in a cliffhanger. A conclusion to that needed.

In the next Spiderman, it would be nice to see MJ and Peter Parker meet again and get back together, since I think they are meant to be. Overall, this movie was exceptional and comical. I would recommend this movie if you have no idea what to watch and if you’re looking for something that will keep you entertained for hours.
