Junior setter Riley Bloomberg has had great success playing for the Dolphins. The junior had an important role in the Dolphins impressive 25-4 record this season. Bloomberg has played two seasons on varsity, averaging six assists per set.

Bloomberg has recently broken the 500 assists mark, which she said this was her greatest achievement. Bloomberg said, “I would have to say my greatest achievement is hitting 500 assists this season.” Bloomberg has also been selected as MaxPreps player of the match five times this season, with her most recent coming from her performance on Oct. 18, with her putting up 15 assists, two digs, four kills and two aces.

Bloomberg has always been a standout varsity player, but this year something is clicking better with her this year. From going to playing one set in her sophomore year to now playing 84 sets, her junior year, something is different this year. Bloomberg’s junior year has been a great one statistically, with her getting 35 kills, 519 assists and 167 digs.
