At GBHS, students are told to “Expect Excellence.” The 2021-2022 school year exceeded those expectations. The Dolphin football team beat Navarre and made it to the playoffs. All fall sports advanced past their regular reasons. Girls and boys soccer, boys basketball, boys lacrosse and softball won districts. Baseball also advanced to regionals.

   Beyond sports, GBHS journalism programs won nine FSPA All Florida awards and one Best of the Best. Drama performed two amazing shows, led by their first year teacher. Indoor Percussion placed second at their competition. Key Club, HOSA, FBLA and SGA won big awards at their conventions. DCT students won multiple distinguished awards. GBHS raised over $20,000 for charity through Dance Marathon.

   Overall, Gulf Breeze High School has had an incredible year in every category.
